Philip Nourse recently worked with ITV Television, on the show 'Midsomer Murders,' as boxing and training adviser and on screen talent as a trainer and massage therapist. The scene from the show can be viewed in the 'Resources' section.
TOTAL CONDITIONING is currently in the assisting the ABAE (Amateur Boxing Association of England) with the research process, in regard to conditioning and sports science, for their new coaching levels. Later in 2008 TOTAL CONDITIONING will also deliver seminars in for the London amateur boxing audience on conditioning and sports science. 
The 'Sports Nutrition for Boxing' guide, published by BOXING NEWS magazine, written by Philip Nourse is to hit shelves in the UK on 18/01/08.

Text Box: TOTAL FITNESS, founded in 2002 by Philip Nourse B.Sc (Hons) First Class, SAC Dip, offers personal training, sports massage and nutrition and health and fitness consutancy. Its sister arm, TOTAL CONDITIONING offer sports science support services to athletes and sportspeople in any sport.
Clients include members of the general public, company directors, city executives, broadcast celebrities, internationals in track and field, rugby union, rowing and, even, Ultimate Frisbee, as well as professional boxers, elite level dancers and racing drivers. Phil has also worked with, the television station, ITV, personal training guests for the Jeremy Kyle Show and is an on-air health and fitness expert for Capital Radio.
